Terms and conditions

studioaalbrecht works with PayPal and Stripe. Therefore you can pay with almost any kind of credit or debit card in our shop.

At the moment we ship to the following countries:

European Union

United Kingdom

In case you live in any other country send us an email and we can see if we can arrange something.

At the moment we charge 6chf - 14chf for shipping. The individual shipping rate will be shown in the check out section of our onlineshop.

You might also want to pick up orders yourself - ONLY by arrangement. In this case please enter the code “PICKUP” in the discount field in the check out section.

Time of delivery
Please note that studioaalbrecht at the moment is a side project of it’s founders.
We try to act on orders as quickly as possible, anyway we grant ourselves up to 15 workdays for deliveries.
Anyway we will send you an email with estimated delivery times once we received your orders.

If you need your items urgently please feel free to send us an email and we try to speed up the process.

Return and Refund
If you are -for any reason- unhappy with your purchase you can return items bought online within 14days.
Please inform us about your wish of returning goods, either using the contact form or via email to: studioaalbrecht@gmail.com.
We will reply to your request as soon as possible and pass on the delivery address for returned goods.
Please be aware that you are responsible for both delivery expenses and most importantly safe shipment.
Every product you purchase is handmade with care, therefore we can only make a refund if we receive the items in the same condition as received.
We recommend to track and trace the returned package to us, because lost items will not be refunded.

Tip: If you are looking for a nice present, but are not sure what to get, choose the studioaalbrecht voucher to avoid returns.

Damaged Goods
As we work with ceramics we are aware that shipping our items is a tricky business. Therefore we pack our goods with great attention.
Anyway we cannot eliminate all the risks and are responsible for goods that have been damaged in transit.
In case you receive broken pieces let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange of the items or refund.
